Refund and Returns Policy

At Besties Treats, we want you and your furry bestie to be completely happy with every order. If something is not right, please get in touch and we will do our best to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, opened, or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a photo of the issue to janine@bestiestreats.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Allergies or Adverse Reactions

If your dog has an adverse reaction to our treats, please stop feeding them immediately and contact your vet. Let us know what happened and we will issue a full refund. The health and safety of your dog is always our top priority. Please check the ingredient list carefully before purchasing, especially if your dog has known food sensitivities.

Change of Mind

Because our treats are handmade, freshly baked, and perishable, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. This is in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exempt perishable food products from the standard 14 day cooling off period.

Quality Guarantee

We take great pride in every pouch we bake. If you feel the quality of your treats is not what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to find a fair resolution. This may include a replacement, a store credit, or a refund depending on the circumstances.

Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
