2. Products
All products sold on this website are intended as treats and rewards for dogs only. They are not intended for human consumption. While our treats are made with human grade ingredients, they are formulated specifically for dogs and should be fed as part of a balanced diet, not as a meal replacement.
Treat sizes, shapes, and colours may vary slightly from batch to batch as each pouch is handmade in small quantities. Product images on the website are representative and may differ slightly from the actual product received.
3. Ingredients and Allergens
All ingredients are clearly listed on each product page and on the product packaging. It is your responsibility to check the full ingredient list before purchasing, particularly if your dog has known allergies or dietary sensitivities.
Our Vegetarian products are made in an environment where egg is used and may contain traces of egg. Our Vegan products are made without any animal products or traces. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your dog, please consult your veterinarian before purchasing.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in British Pounds (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Volume discounts are applied automatically at checkout when purchasing two or more pouches. Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from us. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will confirm your order via email once it has been accepted and dispatched.
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of placing your order. All transactions are processed securely.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Standard UK delivery costs £2.00 and is typically delivered within 2 to 3 working days. Free delivery is available on orders over £15.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate.
7. Freshness and Shelf Life
Our treats are baked fresh in small batches. Each pouch has a best before date printed on the packaging. Once opened, treats should be stored in an airtight container or resealed pouch in cool, dry conditions. Treats can also be frozen to extend freshness.
Please use treats within the recommended timeframe stated on the packaging. We cannot accept responsibility for products that have been stored improperly or used after the best before date.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. This is in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations which exempt perishable food items from the standard 14 day cooling off period.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you are unhappy with the quality, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Full details are available in our Return and Refund Policy.
9. Discount Codes and Promotions
Discount codes are valid for a single use per customer unless otherwise stated. Codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed, exchanged for cash, or combined with other promotions. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time without notice.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product names, and design, is the property of Besties Treats and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

Besties Treats provides dog treats as supplementary snacks. We are not liable for any adverse reactions, health issues, or veterinary costs arising from the use of our products. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the suitability of treats for their dog based on the ingredient information provided.
Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws. Any personal information collected during the ordering process, including your name, email, delivery address, and payment details, is used solely to process your order and communicate with you about your purchase.
